How would you describe the company culture to someone considering joining us? Just a great bunch of lads, we all come from different Ethnicities from young to old. Good thing is we can all banter with each other including our bosses lol without the seriousness and work gets done😊

How does the company help you achieve your professional goals?
Personally, this company is my second family, for me it’s not really about professional goals, but this company has taught me a lot about life’s lessons. One thing I’ve said to a few of colleagues past and present “never take your work home, once you knock off leave your work at the roller door” and it’s the best thing they’ve done including myself.

How long have you worked in the business? Just over 12 months.

What aspects of your role do you find most fulfilling?
I enjoy the banter I have with other staff and customer. I have just received a block of chocolate from a customer and last week another customer let me a note saying thanks Shazza 😊 that gives me joy that they appreciate my work.

How would you describe the company culture to someone considering joining us?
People may not believe me when I say this but working at Bris aluminium has truly changed my life. I am a much happier person personally and professionally. We are a close knit group who support each other inside and outside work we have a lot of fun, laugh, great banter but genuine care for everyone.

Having a Customer have a last minute project that was powder coated and having everyone work as a team to ensure the customer got it on time.
